To get there:

1. Establish and make prevalent a local currency combined with a local time bank concept.
2. Establish a local alternative credit union
3. Create local coops
4. Local transportation transformation including local automobile transformation efforts.
5. Local education transformation.
6. Rebuild/build for the future
7. Local non-profit "untying of the hands" effort.
8. New focus for the police.
9. "Gang inclusion"?
10. Youth involvement.
11. Self/mutual help effort w/ new incentive system(s).
12. We will ask the help of all local journalists.

Local coop efforts can:

Grow food.
Handle energy.
Form new businesses.
Help with education, health care, more.

Donations can be stand alone or they can be in exchange for local currency credits.

Focus on purpose project - get needs met first. I.e. food growth, etc.
